2/3 Cup Knudsen Cottage Cheese
1/4 Cup Dole Crushed Pineapple (in heavy syrup)
2 cans Pepsi Throwback
Take 1/4 cup of the crushed pineapple and mix it in with 1/2 cup cottage cheese (I did 2/3 cottage cheese this time, but it was a bit much)

2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
